Hello again - yup, one more post, right after the work out. I figured out this might the best way to deal with everything PCP-related in one go. Notwithstanding the delicious diet that seems to set the tempo for the day.
I have no issue with the diet - quite surprisingly. Egg whites I just have raw, the veg snacks are a combination of carrots, baby cucumbers...Proteins = salmon, shrimps, scallops - yes you guessed it, anything of sashimi quality. Reminds me of the good old days in Japan....
Confession of the day: last week-end - a three day week-end, I didn't do my exercises (Jerome wasn't around after all), and worse, I helped myself with all the nice food my chere et tendre had prepared for an afternoon tea with friends of ours. And not just the food...Well, when you commit a sin, you are punished in a very Christian way - and I had a rash on my face the next day! The same happens to a good friend of mine who converted to Islam but from time-to-time cannot help but share a bit of saucisson when he's having a picnic in the wild....
I still have to find a way to put pics of myself to show that I am making some progress...Well, maybe I haven't made enough :-)

What part of the photo upload process is giving you trouble Khoi? Your food choices sound perfect, your body will change real quick if you can get over this little hump in the middle here!
